BlueBox iC7max
BlueBox iC7max is iSYSTEM's seventh-generation flagship on-chip analyzer. It is designed to handle multi-SoC / multicore embedded systems in one unit, from flash programming to synchronized debugging, trace, and test. It connects to the target through an Active Probe and can be placed up to 10 m from the target (the Active Probe itself up to 5 m from the BlueBox), so it also suits ECUs in climatic chambers or tight spaces.
TRACE · Trace / runtime analysisOverview
BlueBox iC7max is iSYSTEM's seventh-generation flagship on-chip analyzer. It is designed to handle multi-SoC / multicore embedded systems in one unit, from flash programming to synchronized debugging, trace, and test. It connects to the target through an Active Probe and can be placed up to 10 m from the target (the Active Probe itself up to 5 m from the BlueBox), so it also suits ECUs in climatic chambers or tight spaces.
At its core is iSYSTEM's own internal bus, FNet. Six FNet ports let you freely combine several Active Probes and add-on modules (ADIO, CAN/LIN) for time-synchronized real-time trace of the whole system. Linking two iC7max units through the FBridge port also allows synchronized run/stop control of multiple SoCs in high-safety ECUs, with trigger events visible on both units.
Every Active Probe and add-on can be controlled from the winIDEA SDK and integrated as a measurement and control tool for test automation (CI). Event inspection lets internal triggers detect and act on events such as an SoC halt or a CAN payload.
Next-generation platform for efficient flashing, synchronized debugging, trace, and test of multi-SoC systems.
