Overview

BlueBox iC7mini is the entry model of the iC7 family. It gives high-performance access to all debug functions of the target device and supports on-chip trace buffers (TriCore MCDS/MiniMCDS through DAP, Arm ETB/ETF/MTB through SWD). With a compact USB-connected housing, it is ideal for debug-centered development and as a CI node.

Because it shares the same winIDEA / SDK ecosystem as the higher models (iC7pro/max), you can move up when trace requirements grow without changing your toolchain.

A platform for debugging and testing a wide range of embedded MCUs.

Positive ONE Group supports you in Japanese, from product selection and quotes through to technical support during deployment, and proposes the optimal configuration for your target MCU, OS, quantity, and application.

SDKwinIDEA SDK (formerly isystem.connect; CI support)
Upward compatibilitySame toolchain as iC7pro / iC7max

Main uses

  • Debug multicore MCUs and capture execution trace
  • Keep measured CPU load and execution times as evidence for functional safety
  • Analyze timing problems on real vehicles and real hardware

Benefits

  • As the iC7 entry model, it keeps the cost of adoption down
  • Non-intrusive trace lets you observe without changing timing
  • Synchronized halting across cores keeps the whole system state consistent while you investigate

Environment

  • IDE: winIDEA / winIDEA SDK (formerly isystem.connect)
  • Targets: single- and multicore 32-bit MCUs; AUTOSAR, RTOS, Linux, and hypervisors
  • Uses: debugging, trace, timing analysis, and code coverage
